SurveyMonkey doesn't publish public promo codes. You can start with the free Basic plan, choose an annual plan for a lower monthly price, and check for special pricing if you're a student, educator or nonprofit.
Yes. The Basic plan is free for 1 user with unlimited surveys of up to 10 questions each, but you can only view a limited number of responses per survey. Paid plans remove these limits.
Individual plans are Standard Monthly at $149 a month, Advantage Annual at $39 a month ($468 a year) and Premier Annual at $139 a month ($1,668 a year). Team plans start at $30 per user a month billed annually, with a 3-user minimum.
For a one-off survey, Basic or Standard Monthly can work. If you survey regularly, Advantage Annual offers the best value with advanced logic and AI analysis, while Premier adds white-label branding, multilingual surveys and phone support. Teams of 3 or more should look at Team plans.

Yes. Auto-renew is on by default. If you turn it off, your account moves to the free plan at the end of the billing cycle, and responses over the Basic limit that are older than 365 days are deleted.
